Shipment processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for you order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We charge a flat shipping rate of $2.95 for all orders below $25. We offer free shipping for all orders over $25.
Delivery estimates are based on your shipping method choice and delivery address. Delivery delays can occasionally occur on the shipping carrier end.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders of $25 or more.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your shipment tracking number.
Damages
Spread Delights is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Taxes
Spread Delights is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. Taxes are automatically calculated based on the shipping destination, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
